So here is my first batch of Artichokes this year. They were yummy, and now I have 6 more to cut. Wow.. I love this plant! This is one of those you have to wait a year before you get anything out of it. This is now our second season and the plant stays green all year round and during spring to summer we get yummy Artichokes. The best part is that my kids love them ( well Katelynn more than the other two so much she will have 2nd and 3rds..).. Do you see the big one... It was huge!
